Sausage Gravy Biscuit Cups

Sharing is caring!

Sausage Gravy Biscuit Cups are our new favorite breakfast! Flaky biscuit cups loaded with perfect sausage gravy! So easy to make with just four ingredients!

Sausage gravy and biscuits is a breakfast I love and my sister could eat it every day.

That’s why I decided to make this twist on my family’s beloved classic by baking the sausage gravy right in the biscuits!

Flaky refrigerated biscuits go into muffin tins and are filled with delicious, hearty sausage gravy before getting baked to perfection.  We love these because they are so delicious and who doesn’t love a grab and go breakfast?

Baking the gravy right in the biscuit cups makes them super easy to grab in one hand and keep opening presents with the other (something that is super important to my sister lol).

I always make a big breakfast for Christmas morning but I try to keep everything I make real easy to just pick up and eat which is why I am so glad I created these.

Now we can have our favorite breakfast without even needing a fork!  Plus baking the gravy inside the cups makes it is even thicker and creamier!

Can I make these in a regular muffin tin?

You can of course make these in a regular muffin tin, just use a biscuit half instead of a third.

Can I use any breakfast sausage?

Yes, you can use your favorite brand and flavor of breakfast sausage.  You can also use turkey or chicken breakfast sausage if that is what your family likes!

Can I freeze these?

I would not recommend freezing these before baking, however you could try freezing them after baking but I cannot say for sure how they would turn out.

Make a batch or two of these delicious Sausage Biscuit Cups and have a Happy Holiday!
