Hey guys!  This time of year we are all recovering from the holidays and the last thing on we want to do is cook another meal. Most nights like this I would just phone it in literally and dial take out but now I keep my freezer stocked with restaurant-quality authentic Asian food from P.F. Chang’s Home Menu®

They have amazing frozen meals and appetizers with made-from-scratch sauces and vibrant veggies.   Now we can have delicious adventurous flavors any night of the week.

P.F Changs-2

We have designated Wednesday as Wok Wednesday and that is when I reach in the freezer for some P.F. Chang’s Home Menu meals.  They even make the rice!  Wok Wednesday is a cinch now!  I take these Wok Wednesdays as a day to unwind with the family and we make a big platter of our favorite P.F. Chang’s Home Menu meals and gather around for a movie.  Since P.F. Chang’s Home Menu does all the heavy lifting and these meals can be made in less than 12 minutes we all have time to enjoy a weeknight family movie time with our Wok Wednesdays.  It gives my kids something to look forward to when we hit that mid-week slump.

While everything they make is so delicious, today I am going to tell you about their amazing family size meals which are a favorite here.

P.F Changs Family Dinner From The Freezer

We always have the chicken fried rice as the base, always!!  It is full of crisp fresh veggies like carrots, edamame and onion and of course juicy white meat chicken.  The rice has a delicious light sauce that packs so much flavor!  We just love it and it always stars in the middle of our dinner platter. And now it’s even more convenient to serve the whole family with the new Family Size offering.

This week we paired it with our favorite staple Mongolian Beef.  The beef is marinated and so tender and pairs perfectly with the peppers, onions and bright string beans.  The sauce is sweet and savory and compliments the dish perfectly.

On the other side this week we went with Honey Chicken, my husband’s favorite!  Tender white meat chicken is breaded with a crispy coating and tossed in a fabulous sweet and tangy honey garlic sauce.

Since I save so much time with these skillet meals I actually have enough time to whip up a little mocktail, perfect for a weeknight and perfect for my littles.  These Ginger Green Tea Spritzers are effortless and the blueberries that float up and down are the kid’s favorite part!

I just mix equal parts chilled gingerale and a citrus green tea (either from scratch or bottled)  then I float a few blueberries in each one.  The berries float and sink and are just mesmerizing and delicious!

These simple spritzers are a perfect complement to this amazing dinner!
