Fruity Pebble Cookies

Sharing is caring!

Fruity Pebbles Cookies, yum!

Hey y’all!!!  I am bringing you another springy recipe for our Spring Series.  When I think Spring I think bright colors and fruity flavors are coming back and nothing it more colorful or more fruity than Fruity Pebbles cereal which is my favorite!  I knew they would be a great addition to cookies!

These festive cookies are a snap to make because I use a cake mix which makes cookie making soo much easier especially when you have little hands that want to help too.

Cake mix cookies are one of my favorite cookies to make because you pick whatever flavor you like and you can add anything to them.  It only takes 2 eggs and a little oil to turn any cake mix into fast cookies.  I like them because they are a softer cookie and I am NOT a crunchy cookie kinda person lol.

So I added Fruity Pebbles to a Funfetti cake mix and out came the most flavorful cookies!  Plus they are so pretty with their speckles of color.  I had considered frosting them colored buttercream but nixed that thought since the cookies were already so pretty.

Fruity Pebble Cookies, sooo yummy!

My family LOVED these cookies and I know I will be making them all Spring and probably all summer too!

I hope you try them, they are so quick and easy you have no reason not to!
