Cheesesteak Crescents

Sharing is caring!

Cheesesteak Crescents are made with just 5 ingredients and all the easy, cheesy, melty cheesesteak flavors you love for a quick dinner!

There are some weeks when I just can’t get it together (more like every week lol) and I need some quick and delicious dinners like these amazing Cheesesteak Crescents that pack all the flavor of a Philly Cheesesteak into buttery crescent rolls.  Dinner will be on the table in no time!

Cheese Steak Crescents. The most delicious quick dinner!

This dinner is such a winner at my house, it is lighting fast, I always have the ingredients on hand (only 5 ingredients in this one!!) and it is so so so delicious!

You guys loved my Ranch Chicken Club Rollups soo much I decided to bring you another recipe using my favorite ingredient crescent rolls.

Seriously people keep a can of those on hand all at all times, the possibilities are endless, plus they make really good crescent rolls too lol.

So I love cheese steaks, all that melty cheese and tender beef on a big sub roll is just heaven, but I am trying to lose a little weight and don’t always have time to make those monster sandwiches so I came up with an alternative that is better for you (by a little lol) and literally takes minutes to get together.

You just need crescent rolls, onion, green pepper, provolone and deli roast beef (I like this kind because it is free of nitrates and nitrites and is uber tasty).

Cheesesteak Ingredients

I slice the onion and green pepper super thin so it sautes fast.

Then it is all about assembly. Side note, make sure to use the crescent roll dough immediately upon taking out of the fridge.  I took mine out of the fridge and got distracted internet shopping at Lush with my sister for god knows how long.  When I went to use my dough it was all sticky and not pretty lol.  Don’t be me, save your online retail therapy for when dinner is in the oven :/ I just fold a slice of provolone in half and lay it on the wide end of a triangle of the crescent dough, top with some of the peppers and onions and a slice of roast beef, then just roll and place on a greased cookie sheet and repeat! Roll up everything in a crescent These are amazing!!  Some of the cheese may ooze out while cooking, but then it just gets crispy on the sheet pan and is delicious!! Cheesesteak Crescents I was blown away by how much flavor these little rolls had with just 5 ingredients and minutes in the kitchen.  Two or three of these and a nice side salad and dinner is done!! Cheesesteak Roll Ups I really hope you try these because seriously they are sooooo good!  Do it, make these and I promise you will be making these over and over again! Cheese Steak Crescents, the perfect quick and yummy dinner!
