I love apple pie, it just is such a fall staple to me!  I have it every birthday (even though my birthday is in the summer!) I love thinking of new ways to reinvent the classic apple pie and this has to be one of my favorite ways! They are great in this recipe and are so yummy with the apple pie filling cinnamon sugar outside.  Don’t forget to serve them with extra caramel for dipping! You can make your own apple pie filling or use your favorite canned apple pie filling!  I used canned because my kids leave me no time for homemade filling lol.

Ingredients Needed

  • Flour Tortillas- I like to use the soft ones and you can really use any size you like but I usually opt for the taco size.
  • Caramel-  You want a thick caramel like the ones in the jar.
  • Apple pie filling-  This is where you get all that apple pie flavor.
  • Cinnamon sugar-  This is for dusting the outside.
