BBQ Meatballs

These meatballs are amazing, seriously I didn’t think meatballs could be amazing until I made these.  I got the recipe from my favorite blog The Pioneer Woman.  These are a big hit with my family and a cinch to make.  I always double the recipe because they freeze beautifully and are great put on a bun with cheddar for an awesome sub.  These makea great, filling, comforting meal and can be made smaller for an appetizer.  What ever you make them for, make them soon, you wont be disappointed!!

BBQ Meatballs (From The Pioneer Woman)

    • FOR MEATBALLS

 

    • 1-½ pound Ground Beef

 

    • ¾ cups Oats

 

    • 1 cup Milk

 

    • 3 Tablespoons Very Finely Minced Onion

 

    • 1-½ teaspoon Salt

 

    • Plenty Of Ground Black Pepper, to taste

 

FOR SAUCE

    • 1 cup Ketchup

 

    • 2 Tablespoons Sugar

 

    • 3 Tablespoons Vinegar

 

    • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire

 

    • 4 Tablespoons (to 6 Tablespoons) Onion

 

    • 1 dash Tabasco

 

 

Preparation Instructions

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all meatball ingredients. Roll into medium-small balls and place in large pyrex dish and bake till just brown.

Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs and bake until meatballs are cooked through.

These are divine over rice!
